Loree introduces the video fetch from Canvas Studio and it will work like other video components in Loree editor.

Login for Canvas Studio in Video uploader modal,

Fetch video from Canvas Studio library based on the user logged in and select and set the video to view in Loree editor,

Note: The video which is not public, it will appear as video-name (can’t be set).

Important note: For now, the Canvas Studio fetch is using only user mail and password method. User email and password should be the same as in Canvas Studio login.

Kaltura integration using AppToken

In Loree editor interface, We enhanced Kaltura video fetch and upload using it’s Application Token (AppToken). This is for the high security of fetching and uploading videos in kaltura via Loree editor.

Uploading and setting a video to Loree editor is the same but the configuration of Kaltura fetch and upload is with AppToken.

Loree editor has enhanced the Linking of text or content for user friendly. Before in Loree editor, We can’t unlink a link which is created and the option in RTE unlink is not easy to use or unlink the existing link. Now, It will be easier to unlink inside the Edit Link modal itself.

We also have a Target window setup to see the link in the same window (This Window) and in new window (New Window).

This target window was in Component Setting before and now it is removed from there and everything in the single modal as mentioned above.

Issues resolved in Loree v2003.2

LSD - 112 : Loree Template Pack 1 won’t fetch for any users.

  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I open Loree editor in canvas, Loree Template Pack 1 will be visible under the templates section.

  • Loree Template Pack 1 is designed with old Loree and It won’t be responsive since we built responsiveness later. This pack may be visible once it’s re-designed in the future.

LSD - 102 : Unable to fetch the applied font family after returning from Accessibility checker

  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When logging into the admin dashboard or using it. the password should be 8 to 10 characters and it should include an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a special character, and a number.

  • Now, this number of characters for the password field increases for security and requirements. The number of characters is increased to 8 to 30 characters which includes an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a special character, and a number.

LSD - 95 : Remove default text-alignment style for section block columns

  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I open Loree editor in canvas, Blocks under section blocks are left-aligned by default and in canvas rich content editor it is center aligned by default.

  • This issue has been fixed and when a text or content created by canvas rich content editor and inside Loree editor, it will be left-aligned as other Loree editor text or content.

LSD - 107: Exiting links were removed when I click Link icon from RTE menubar

  • Defect Scenario: When I click on the existing link to select the link text and from RTE when I click on the Link icon, the edit link modal opens. But when I validate the modal it doesn't have the existing link details. Instead, it removes the existing link.

  • This issue has been fixed and existing link details will be visible.
