Defect fixes and Known Issues

• LSD - 136 : Images were broken when dragging from one block to another block.
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I’m in the Loree editor create an image component while dragging the image component to another section say in 2 col section, the image will be broken and title only visible.
  • This has been fixed and now while dragging the image component to another section say in 2 col, the image won’t be broken.
• LSD - 154 : Authentication issue while hitting Home page from components form.
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I’m in Loree interactive create or update form, the Home button before My interactives will be openable in a new window or tab by right-clicking it.
  • This has been fixed and now the Home button will give us 401 - unauthorized information when trying to open in a new tab or window.
• LSD - 165 : Video/Image slider font colour is not retrieved.
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I’m in Loree interactive video/image slider the font colour for the caption is not retrieved in the preview and in Customize option.
  • This has been fixed and now the font colour will be retrieved under the customize option and in the preview modal.
• LSD - 150 : Multiple-choice Questions (MCQ) component line spacing in options.
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I’m in Loree interactive and creating or editing MCQ when some spacing around the option is reflecting in preview and in LI contents too.
  • This has been fixed and now the space around the MCQ option will remove the space around and show the option’s context.
• LSD - 71 : Button component padding issue for empty padding value.
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I’m in Loree interactive and creates a button and leave empty padding value, it takes 10px padding as default and expected should be 0px padding when empty.
  • This has been fixed and now the padding will be 0px when it is empty under customize option.

      Backend Fixes

• LSD - 127 : Fix error raised from APM (application monitoring)
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I’m in the Loree editor some features like quick links, grapesjs file will get some error in exceptional issues.
  • This has been fixed and now while working on features like above it won’t get any errors and downtime.
• LSD - 166 : Custom links from the admin dashboard are not fetching so quick links and links cannot be applied initially.
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I’m in the Loree editor when links not getting data like textStyle, textDecoration, etc from custom links in the admin dashboard, quick links and links are not working as expected.
  • This has been fixed and now quick links and links will be applied properly as expected, since custom links data setup for initial empty data.

Known Defects

• LSD - 164 : Custom Blocks deleted block will fetch when accordion is closed and opened
  • Defect Scenario: This issue triggers when a user deletes a custom block and closes and reopens the custom blocks accordion, the deleted block will appear.

• LSD - 123 : Unable to upload videos on Kaltura and Loree videos using the same file name simultaneously.
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, when I am uploading the same file on Kaltura or Loree video providers it doesn't allow to upload and I couldn't get any alerts or status for upload

• LSD - 144: When the user right-clicks the LI content in Loree editor tool
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I’m the Loree editor, the LI contents doesn’t work for right-click → Edit and Delete.
  • This has been fixed and now users can Edit and Delete the LI contents via right-clicking the block.

Known Defects

• LSD - 164 : Custom Blocks deleted block will fetch when accordion is closed and opened
  • Defect Scenario: This issue triggers when a user deletes a custom block and closes and reopens the custom blocks accordion, the deleted block will appear.
• LSD - 165 : In video/image slider, under Customise, Font color is not retrieving once after create/update
  • Defect Scenario: This issue triggers when a user creates and video/image slider, we can set the font color, and once after save, the font color is not retrieved under Customise → Font color.

• LSD - 112: Loree Template Pack 1 won’t fetch for any users.
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I open Loree editor in canvas, Loree Template Pack 1 will be visible under the templates section.
  • Loree Template Pack 1 is designed with old Loree and It won’t be responsive since we built responsiveness later. This pack may be visible once it’s re-designed in the future.

• LSD - 102: Unable to fetch the applied font family after returning from Accessibility checker
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When logging into the admin dashboard or using it. the password should be 8 to 10 characters and it should include an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a special character, and a number.
  • Now, this number of characters for the password field increases for security and requirements. The number of characters is increased to 8 to 30 characters which include an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a special character, and a number.

• LSD - 95 : Remove default text-alignment style for section block columns
  • Defect Scenario: As a user, When I open Loree editor in canvas, Blocks under section blocks are left-aligned by default and in canvas rich content editor it is center aligned by default.
  • This issue has been fixed and when a text or content created by canvas rich content editor and inside Loree editor, it will be left-aligned as other Loree editor text or content.
• LSD - 107: Exiting links were removed when I click Link icon from RTE menubar
  • Defect Scenario: When I click on the existing link to select the link text and from RTE when I click on the Link icon, the edit link modal opens. But when I validate the modal it doesn't have the existing link details. Instead, it removes the existing link.
  • This issue has been fixed and existing link details will be visible.

  • Defect Scenario: As an Admin, When I login to the Admin dashboard and do filtering in category filter under custom templates, the Loree Templates category was missed.

  • This has been fixed and now admin filter templates based on the Loree Templates category.

• LSD - 104: Admin dashboard password can be 8 to 30 characters instead of only 8 to 10 characters

Defect fixes

• LSD - 68 : loree-rs class is not getting added in canvas
  • Defect Scenario :  When user builds a page, loree-rs class is not adding in top of the html so responsiveness of the page is breaking.
  • This has been fixed by removing loree-rs class permanently. Instead of providing responsiveness via loree-rs now responsiveness is based on only bootstrap classes.
• LSD - 60 : Iframe height should be dynamic based on content
  • Defect Scenario : When a user in Loree creates Loree interactive contents (particularly accordion), the height of the accordion is not dynamic and had vertical scroll bar.
  • This has been fixed. Height is dynamic based on content and vertical scroll bar won’t appear.
• LSD - 67: On clicking save and exit button the preview screen should appear-for Assignments
  • Defect Scenario : When user going to edit Assignment, Save is acting as Save & Exit and Save & Exit is acting as Save.
  • This has been fixed and Assignment’s page ‘Save’ and ‘Save & Exit’ is working properly.

• Unable to update the CSS or HTML of an element using Edit Code modal. Now this has been fixed and released.

  • Defect Scenario: When user apply any styles for an element and after save and exit, it shows the expected value in Canvas. But when the same page opened in Loree Editor Interface it doesn't look same styles.
